JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and reach out to potential customers, negotiate terms, close sales, and sign contracts.
- Analyze and research potential markets to drive international market expansion.
- Establish and maintain relationships with foreign partners; update information regarding products and the packaging market.
- Execute import-export operations (customs clearance, Certificate of Origin (C/O), documentation, international payments, etc.).
- Support the resolution of issues arising with customers, shipping lines, port authorities, and foreign manufacturers.
- Other tasks to be discussed in detail during the interview.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Import-Export, or related fields.
- Languages: Proficiency in English.
- Cultural Awareness: Understanding of the business culture in target markets.
- Sales Skills: Strong skills in business development, sales, and customer service.
- Professional Knowledge: Familiarity with international markets, trade laws, customs procedures, post-clearance audits, and international payment processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly and collaborate effectively with other departments.
