Production Capacity
Standardized Factory System
With two large-scale manufacturing facilities spanning dozens of hectares in Thuong Tin and an advanced production infrastructure, Dai Huu JSC maintains an annual capacity of approximately 18,000 tons. We are fully equipped to fulfill high-volume orders from around the globe. Currently, we serve as a regular partner to hundreds of companies across more than 30 countries worldwide.
Advanced Technological Lines
Dai Huu is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including Lohia extrusion lines, Starlinger weaving looms, 4D color printing presses, tandem coating machines, hemming machines, and automated packaging systems. Our quality control is supported by standardized testing equipment, such as yarn tenacity testers and tensile strength testers, ensuring that every product delivered to our customers meets the highest quality standards.

Our Development Journey
Dai Huu Joint Stock Company was established on January 11, 2002, with its headquarters and factory located in Thanh Tri District, Hanoi.
Within just three years of operation, the company experienced rapid growth. Production output reached 12 million bags per year.
Production output reached 18 million bags per year.
Dai Huu JSC reached 50 million bags per year.
The company inaugurated its new factory featuring advanced production lines at the Quat Dong Industrial Cluster, Thuong Tin District, Hanoi. With a total area of 20,000 m2, this facility increased the total annual capacity to 98 million bags, equivalent to 15,000 tons of products per year.
Dai Huu JSC reaches 100 million bags per year.
In March 2015, Dai Huu JSC was honored to be ranked 8th among the 500 fastest-growing enterprises in Vietnam (FAST500).
The company inaugurated its second factory within the same Quat Dong Industrial Cluster, featuring a total floor area of nearly 30,000 m2 (2-floor structure). This expansion increased the company’s total capacity to 145 million bags per year, establishing Dai Huu JSC as one of the largest packaging manufacturers in Northern Vietnam.
In 2023, Dai Huu Joint Stock Company was honored and proud to receive the ‘Green Energy’ title for key energy-consuming industrial facilities, awarded by the Hanoi People’s Committee.
