JOB OPPORTUNITIES: PRODUCTION WORKERS IN HANOI – DAI HUU JOINT STOCK COMPANY

Dai Huu Joint Stock Company is a leading manufacturer in the PP, PE, and BOPP packaging industry. To support our technological upgrades and expansion with state-of-the-art machinery, we are seeking dedicated personnel for the following positions:

1. OPEN POSITIONS

  • Circular Loom (Weaving) Operators: 50 positions (Male/Female)
  • Extrusion (Tape Stretching) Operators: 10 positions (Male)

2. SALARY AND TRAINING PROGRAM

  • Average Income: 8,500,000 – 14,000,000 VND/month.

For Experienced Workers:

  • Weaving Department: Initial support of 6,000,000 VND + immediate piece-rate wages.
  • Extrusion Department: Initial support of 5,000,000 VND + piece-rate wages based on team output.

For Inexperienced Workers (Paid Training):

  • Month 1: Salary ranging from 5,000,000 – 6,500,000 VND.
  • Months 2 & 3: Piece-rate wages + a daily allowance of 60,000 – 80,000 VND.
  • Month 4 onwards: 100% piece-rate performance wages.

3. EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

  • Accommodation: Free housing provided for employees living far away.
  • Insurance & Welfare: Full social insurance (BHXH, BHYT) and benefits in accordance with Vietnamese Labor Law.
  • Referral Bonus: 500,000 – 1,000,000 VND for referring new successful hires.
